Executive Assistant

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Workplace (In-Person Office & Remote)

Job Description: We are seeking an organized and proactive assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism. Compensation: Experience-dependent negotiable salary with potential for sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

  • Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Assist in project management and follow up on various initiatives.

  • Maintain confidential information and files with discretion.

  • Liaise with clients and team members to ensure smooth communication.

  • Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Conduct research and prepare summaries as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role preferred but not required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
