Executive Assistant
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Workplace (In-Person Office & Remote)
Job Description: We are seeking an organized and proactive assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism. The selected candidate will enjoy a competitive, negotiated salary, paid vacation, sick, or maternity time, and will be able to work a hybrid (remote and in-person) schedule.
Compensation: Experience-dependent negotiable salary with potential for sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Assist in project management and follow up on various initiatives.
Maintain confidential information and files with discretion.
Liaise with clients and team members to ensure smooth communication.
Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
Conduct research and prepare summaries as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role preferred but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
